Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new business. Companies incubated in the last 15 months include Elevate Now, Nivaan Care, Reveal Healthtech and BabyMD.


About the Stealth Company

We at 2070Health are building India's leading infusion business, focused on delivering best-in-class outcomes, exceptional patient experiences, expanded access, and curated ancillary services through day care centres. We are hiring a Head of B2B & Doctor Partnerships for this venture, who will be responsible to drive growth, build a robust partner network, and position our centres as the preferred choice for patients.

Responsibilities

Doctor Partnerships& Onboarding

  • Build and maintain partnerships with the doctors and healthcare providers.
  • Develop partnership agreements and ensure they align with the goal of the company and regulations.

B2B Partnerships and Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with other healthcare providers, insurance companies and third-party administrators to expand patient service offerings.
  • Oversee contracts and commercials, ensuring they align with our goals and regulations.

Clinical/ Day Care Operations

  • Oversee clinic operations to ensure efficient functioning and alignment with business goals.
  • Develop strategies to drive revenue, negotiate partnerships, and meet financial objectives.

Patient Experience Management

  • Develop and execute strategies to ensure high levels of satisfaction among patients.
  • Regularly collect feedback, address concerns, and implement initiatives to foster mutually beneficial relationships.

Team Development

  • Lead a team responsible for managing B2B partnerships and doctor engagement.
  • Mentor and build team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Preferred, MBA or equivalent degrees)
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in healthcare operations, building partnerships with doctors and/ or hospitals
  • Excellent in end-to-end operations and execution, business development/ sales and building collaborations effectively
