Nivaan Care is an early stage healthcare startup backed by marquee VC fund. We are solving the problem of management of chronic pain in Indian patients. Our pain management solution offers convenient, accessible, and personalized care for individuals with chronic pain. We are the first pain management solution in India to take a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary, phygital approach to solving chronic pain using the biopsychosocial approach. The startup is founded by IIT Kanpur and Wharton alumnus carrying extensive healthcare experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage patient journey by assisting and guiding patients during their treatment journey

Implement processes and metrics to achieve conversions

Onboard new stakeholder partners and manage relationship with existing ones

Seamless patient experience by liasioning with various internal teams
