W Health has set up India’s first healthcare focused Venture Studio called 2070 Health - an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities in whitespaces. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new business. Companies incubated in the last 15 months include Elevate Now, Nivaan Care, Reveal Healthtech and BabyMD.

About the Stealth Company

We at 2070Health are building India's leading infusion business, focused on delivering best-in-class outcomes, exceptional patient experiences, expanded access, and curated ancillary services through day care centres. We are hiring a City Sales Head for this venture who will help set up the doctor referral offline channel.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute plans to activate key doctors and specialists, ensuring strong relationships and consistent lead generation from individual doctors and promotional activities.

2. Lead, mentor, and develop the Doctor Relationship Officer (DRO) team, ensuring effective performance management and fostering a high level of engagement within the team.

3. Proactively identify and address operational challenges faced by the sales team to ensure smooth execution.

4. Conduct regular training sessions for the Doctor Referral Officer (DRO) team, ensuring they follow best practices and ensure efficient performance.

5. Monitoring weekly/monthly performance, preparing and presenting reports to ensure alignment with business goals.

6. Conduct the hiring and onboarding process for new team members, including both experienced healthcare professionals and freshers.

7. Consistently achieving & exceeding sales targets.

8. Cross functional coordination & collaboration with the marketing team for lead generation collaterals, studio for numbers & any other support and clinic team to ensure a seamless patient journey for offline leads.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in sales, business development, preferably with a focus on doctor engagement.
  • Proven track record with healthcare companies in Bangalore.
  • Ability to develop and execute activation and engagement plans effectively
